As of 8/30/2025, these are all the Settings Actions included in the iOS version of Apple's Shortcuts.
I did my best to adjust descriptions for better uniformity, so most of these will read differently in Shortcuts itself.
Settings:
- Auto-Answer Calls: Toggle whether calls are automatically answered.

- Set Increase Contrast: Increase color contrast between foreground and background colors.
- Set LED Flash: LED flashes for alerts.
- Set Left/Right Balance: Set Left/Right audio balance.
- -1.0 represents full Left balance and 1.0 represents full Right balance.
- Set Live Captions: Use on-device intelligence to automatically display captions.
- Set Mono Audio: Have left and right speakers play the same audio.
- Set Recognized Sound: Select which sound you'd like Sound Recognition to detect, when it's enabled.

- Set Reduce Transparency: Reduce transparency and blur on some backgrounds.
- Set Smart Invert: Reverse colors except for images, media and some apps that use dark color styles.

- Set Switch Control Switch State: Toggles the state of any Switches that have been set up for Switch Control.
- Set Text Size: Use extended accessibility text sizes.
- Set Voice & Data: Sets the Voice & Data mode.

- Set VPN: Connects, disconnects or changes the On Demand setting for a VPN.
- Set White Point: Lowers the intensity of bright colors.
- Set Zoom: Zoom magnifies the entire screen.
- Shut Down: Shuts down or restarts your device.
- Start Apple Watch Remote Screen
- Start Guided Access
- Start Speak Screen: Allows you to hear the content of the screen.
- Toggle Cellular Plan: Toggles state of a cellular plan on this iPhone.
Conclusion
You can view all of this yourself directly in shortcuts, by tapping on the information icon on the right end of each action in the gallery, or by tapping the icon on the left end of each action, and selecting Show Info from the menu that pops up.
